The rope that fights back
Put away the heavy ropes, and bring out the Beast. Stroops® heavy resistance Beast® brings out the inner beast in you that is generally reserved only for competition. The beast can be used just like your traditional battle ropes. You can still do all of your favorite battle rope exercises, such as slams, waves, and Chinese jump rope, but with the beast you are also able to do many of your resistance exercises as well. After the beast tears you apart from your two arm slams, turn around and perform some chest presses. Once you are done with that, turn back around and do some rows. But the battle doesn’t end there; you can now hook a belt up to the beast and do sprints, broad jumps, lunges, rotational movements, and countless other exercises.
