Jordan Power Banden
Power Banden have been used in Powerlifting circles, such as Westside Barbell Club, voor a couple of decades to Verhoog kracht en power. Used alongside chains as a form of Progressive Resistance Training, essentially it provides a means of progressively adding more load throughout a range of motion whilst you are performing an individual repetition.
The bands are connected to the ends of the barbell en anchor points near the Vloer (usually on a Squat Rek), en would be used met exercises such as the squat, deadlift en bench press.
