How to place an order?

If you have found a product, you can place the product in the shopping cart. Top right, you can always see how many items are in your shopping cart and what the total sum of this is. If you're in the shopping cart you can click on the "Checkout" link to complete your order.

Assistance to order

If you need any assistance to place an order, please don't hesitate to contact our helpdesk. We'll be more than happy to guide you through your shopping experience at Athleteshop. On the contact page you will find our contact details and opening hours.

E-mail updates

Once you've placed an order with us, you will instantly receive an email with the order details, a digital invoice and payment information. We will keep you constantly informed by email about the status of your order. Moments when we send an email, will be when your payment is received and once your order has been sent. If a product has suddenly became temporarily unavailable, we will inform you about this.

Cancel or change order

If you would like to change your order or if you want to cancel it, you can send us an e-mail or you can call us. Please see our contact page for information how to reach us.. When you send us an e-mail, please state your order number in the subject of the e-mail. This will speed up the process of your e-mail.

Trace your order online

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you are able to trace it all the way until it reaches your desired location. You will receive a unique tracking number by e-mail and you can check the status of the delivery at the DPD website.

Business customers

For business customers (purchasing organizations, companies, associations etc.) is the AfterPay payment option available. Orders can be placed through the mail or through a contact of the Athleteshop.
